Dr. Hong-yuan Lee
Former Deputy Mayor of Taipei County, Dr. Lee specializes in environmental fluid mechanics and river engineering. Commissioned by UN-Water, Dr. Lee consulted developing countries extensively about their water issues. He is also passionate about sustainable development.
